RARCULT photoshoot

During the photoshoot for Rarcult's first promotional campaign we have found a few struggles, for example lighting. We had to be extra careful on how we manipulate the lights to bring out different features in our models. One of our other struggles was keeping the brand values whilst shooting. We were initially looking to create a vision of a powerful man. After careful editing of the photos, we achieved the final look which we were all pleased with.

Nose launch

This animation was commissioned by Parisian perfume shop Nose for their opening/website launch.

Everything

Everything is a perfume by Lernert & Sander consisting of all fragrances launched in 2012.

Over the last year Lernert & Sander collected almost 1400 samples of newly launched fragrances. By mixing the content of all of these bottles, they created 1.5 liter of Everything. This unique perfume comes in a specially designed and hand blown bottle, an enlargement of a classic sample bottle.

1. Thou shall not present pixellated or distorted images.

2. Thou shall use a grid structure.

3. Thou shall respect the 10 commandments of type. (in next post)

4. Thou shall not use unnecessary elements on page.

5. Thou shall not standard printer paper.

6. Thou shall consider aesthetic of the brand.

7. Thou shall use spell check and proof read.

8. Thou shall avoid design that does not work in context.

9. Thou shall always do a test print.

10. Thou shall use thy reflective journal.
